Redeeming your eGift Card

To redeem your Made eGift Card take an electronic or printed copy of your eGift Card into any participating Made venue. Your Made eGift Card can be used for full or part payment of goods at the time of purchase. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the eGift Card balance.

Old Made vouchers

If you have a valid Made paper voucher purchased before the transition to e-Gift cards, we will still honour these in our stores. We will be transferring any old vouchers to the new eGift Card system. To reissue your paper voucher as a new e-Gift card, please email us at hello@madehamilton.co.nz and attach an image of the vouchers plus the following – name, email address, each voucher number and amount , voucher issue date. Once we receive this information we will allocate new vouchers and we can all get back to some happy shopping at Made.

Terms & Conditions

Made e-Gift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Made Gift Cards are non-refundable. Made Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Made Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue. Made Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Made and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Online transactions must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States or The UK to be valid. You can purchase up to $10,000.00 or 100 Gift Cards per transaction. May not be re-sold or bartered for cash. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. Gift Card transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (eWay or Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification Made may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.
